Run Explore LDN - 9am, Sun 22 Jan

Come and join me for the second Run Explore LDN which will be a 15-17km run through Regents Park, Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and along a small section of the Regents canal.

The meet time is 9am at the Regents Park underground station (Bakerloo line).

Last weekends run was 15km and took 1 hour, 15 minutes.
