#ThreePeaksRun - a 700km solo run through Scotland, England and Wales
For this adventure I decided to put my spin on a classic British adventure. With a full backpack, I climbed the highest peak in Scotland, England and Wales and ran the 700km in between. This adventure allowed me to experience a truly British journey with rain, sunshine and even snow. Watch the short video HERE

#ScottishIslesRun - A 430km solo run through the Scottish Isles
Wanting to add an additional element of unknowm to my adventures I conducted a online vote to determine where I should run next. The runners up were Norway, Corsica, Sweden and the USA with the winner being The Scottish Isles. Once again the backpack was worn and this time I ran 430km from the very south of the Outer Hebrides to the very north and then across to the Isle of Skye. Video coming soon.

Cycling from Edinburgh to London
When I returned from my Running the Americas expedition I discovered that my younger sister had moved my bike from London to Edinburgh. The only solution was to get the train to Edinburgh, strap a tent to the bike and cycle to London. A wonderful way to see the UK, even in February! Watch the short video HERE

A 240km solo run through Vietnam
In 2013, I entered the Jungle Marathon - a 6 day, 240km run through the jungles of Vietnam. Sadly the event was cancelled one month before it was due to take place. Rather than use this as an excuse to just go on holiday instead, I packed my rucksack, flew to Denang and ran 240 km down the coast of Vietnam. This could be where the idea for #RunningTheAmericas was first conceived! Watch the short video HERE
