Run Explore LDN is on!

Ok Team Run Explore LDN - it is on! The run will start outside Westbourne Park underground station tomorrow morning (15th January) at 9am. Here is the map for the station (Click HERE). Once we have grouped together we will make our way down to the canal and head east. According to google maps our run will be 15km long (if we don't get lost).

When we get to Mile End there is a café called The Coffee Room on Grove road near the tube station. I have never been there but it serves coffee and cakes so it's fit for purpose!

The weather is not looking great - sorry out of my control. I am sure some may look out the window and be deterred but not matter what the weather... I will be there! Running in the rain is fun once you get going!
