I run and exercise a lot and my Suunto watch keeps telling me that I need to recover! Well SKINS sent me a pair of RY400 Men's Compression Long Tights to help with just that.
Apparently there is some science to these bad boys too. Wearing RY400 men's long tights after training or playing can help reduce delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and improve your muscle recovery time. If you wear them for at least 3 hours then you get the best results.
I have been wearing them while I sleep and in my head that means I am maximising my rest time by aiding recovery at the same time... They are also comfortable as hell which is a great bonus!
